Your mailing list keeps itself in step with Brevo automatically. New confirmed
subscribers appear there within seconds, and anyone who unsubscribes — using
either your link or Brevo's — is removed from both sides. You should never
need to import or export anything. To send a campaign, just log into Brevo and write it.
Export a copy
You don't need this for normal sending — Brevo already has your list and
keeps itself up to date. This is here so your list is always yours: a spreadsheet backup,
or a clean file to take somewhere else if you ever change tools. It contains everyone who
has confirmed they want your emails; people who never confirmed,
unsubscribed or bounced are left out.
Remove people in bulk
Brevo unsubscribes are handled automatically — you shouldn't need this.
It's kept for the times a list arrives from somewhere else: names from a paper signup
sheet who've asked to come off, or a bounce report from another tool. Paste one address
per line, or a whole column copied out of a spreadsheet — extra columns are ignored.
This only ever removes people; it can never add anyone back.
