Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book a session, sign up for a class or event, or use this website. They are written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, please ask before you book — inhergywellness@gmail.com or (757) 346-4861.

Who we are

inHERgy Wellness LLC ("inHERgy," "we," "us") is a faith-rooted wellness practice serving Hampton Roads, Virginia, founded by Tiffany Roberts.

What our services are — and what they are not

inHERgy provides wellness, movement and coaching services. We do not provide medical care, and nothing we offer is a substitute for it.

• Assisted stretching, group classes and events are fitness and wellness services. They are not physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, or medical treatment, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
• Mindset Coaching is coaching — a supportive, faith-rooted conversation. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental-health treatment, and your coach is not acting as a licensed mental-health professional in these sessions, whatever other qualifications she may hold.
• Nothing on this website or in any session is medical, psychological, or legal advice.
• Always talk to your doctor before starting any new physical activity, especially if you are pregnant or recently postpartum, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a health condition. If your health screening flags something, we may ask for clearance from your doctor before your first session.

If you are in crisis, please do not wait for a session. Call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Coaching is not emergency or crisis support.

Booking a session

Sessions are booked through this website. You will be asked for your contact details and, for one-on-one stretching, a short health screening and a signed liability waiver before your first session. Those forms are required — they are how your coach knows what is safe for your body.

Mindset Coaching sessions are held by phone or video call.

Where sessions happen

inHERgy is a mobile practice. We do not operate from a studio or clinic.

• One-on-one sessions are held at a location agreed with you — often your own home, sometimes another place that suits you both. You will receive the exact address or arrangement by email with your confirmation.
• Group classes and events are held at varying venues around Hampton Roads. The venue for each class is listed when you sign up and repeated in your confirmation email.
• If a session is at your home, please make sure there is enough clear, level floor space to move safely, and let us know in advance about anything we should be aware of — stairs, pets, or anyone else who will be present.
• Either of us may suggest a different location if a space turns out not to be suitable or safe for the session.

Changing or cancelling a session

Plans change, and we would always rather move a session than have you push through when you shouldn't.

• Your confirmation email contains links to reschedule or cancel. No phone call needed, though you are always welcome to call.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice where you can, so the time can be offered to someone else.
• We do not charge for late cancellations or missed sessions. We would rather you told us late than felt you had to come when you shouldn't. We do ask that it not become a habit, simply because a held time is a time another woman could have used.
• If we have to cancel — illness, weather, an emergency — you will be told as soon as possible and offered another time, or a full refund if you paid in advance.

Classes and events

Group classes have limited spaces. If a class is full you can join the wait list, and if a space opens it goes to the next person in line automatically, by email.

First-time class attendees are sent a liability waiver to sign. If a class is cancelled, everyone signed up is emailed, and anyone who paid online is refunded.

Payment and refunds

• Payment is by card through Square, our payment provider, or in person. Card details never pass through this website — you are taken to Square's own secure page.
• Refund requests: reply to any email from us, use the contact form, or call. We will get back to you as quickly as we can, usually within a couple of business days.
• Prepaid classes: refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before it starts, and always if we cancel it. Inside 24 hours we cannot refund a class, because the space was held and it is too late to offer it to anyone else.
• Refunds are issued back to the card you paid with and usually take a few business days to appear.

Your responsibilities

• Give complete and honest answers on the health screening, and tell your coach about anything that changes — a new injury, a new medication, a pregnancy.
• Speak up during a session. Stretching should never be painful. If something hurts, say so immediately.
• Stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell.
• Please don't attend if you have a contagious illness.

Liability

Physical activity carries risk, including the risk of injury. Before your first one-on-one session you will be asked to read and sign a liability waiver, which is the document that governs those risks in detail. These terms do not replace that waiver.

To the fullest extent permitted by Virginia law, inHERgy Wellness LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This website

The content, branding and images on this site belong to inHERgy Wellness LLC. Please don't reproduce them commercially without asking. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above always tells you when. The terms that apply to your session are the ones published when you booked it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
